12.04.2009 Bone Marrow transplant is needed.

A bone marrow transplant is needed to effectively treat Edik’s condition. Unfortunately, this operation is only performed in countries outside of Ukraine.
We have researched this procedure at hospitals around the world. The cost of this operation in Austria – the best option – is €125,000.

04.04.2009 Edik completed the 2nd course of block therapy.

Edik completed the second course of block therapy. Edik has successfully completed four months of grueling treatment. We hope to raise money so that, after the third course of block therapy, Edik can have the bone marrow transplant that will save his life.

A low bow and endless words of thanks to all those who helped and assisted us in raising funds.

We have listed the 25 thousand euros for the donor search. 08.07. blood is transferred to the Vienna clinic. Now 6-7 weeks of waiting the result. Unfortunately, the optimal period for transplantation, we have missed, and we still have 3 blocks of chemotherapy - the rules for the treatment of chemotherapy can not be interrupted.
But I believe that our kidneys, liver, heart and most importantly we do not disappoint, and we will have enough stamina for transplantation.
